A Helensburgh football initiative is hoping “break down barriers” and make the sport enjoyable for all.
The Football Fun Factory will be returning to Helensburgh this summer with weekly sessions giving children aged from 18 months to 12 years old the chance to play non-competitive football.
Tots Football is aimed at children aged from 18 months to five years old and will be held at the Victoria Halls on Mondays from May 6.
Football Fun and Development is open to children aged five to 12 and will be held in Hermitage Academy every Friday from May 3.
Head coach Luke Murray said: “We are breaking down barriers within football and creating an environment for all abilities and genders where all can play fun games and gain technical training at a noncompetitive level.
“Tots Football is an experience like no other where parents and children can take their first steps into football together, played on a large inflatable pitch with giant footballs.
“Football Fun and Development is a session full of small matches, games, and technical training prioritising safety, fun, and development in that order.
“As a local to Helensburgh I believe this is something kids will absolutely love.”
Three weeks entry is provided for free, and places can be booked here: www.thefootballfunfactory.co.uk.
