A NEW ladies’ football group has been launched in Helensburgh.

Ardencaple FC’s new ladies’ group is open to all female players who are looking to get back into the game, or who are seeking a new challenge.

Training sessions are held at Hermitage Academy on Friday evenings, and anyone interested in joining up can contact Beckie on 07841 745943 or by emailing becdarnell@aol.com.

Meanwhile, Caple are also recruiting new young players for their 2011 squad.

The club is seeking players who have previous playing experience to strengthen their squad for the remainder of this season and for the 2024-25 campaign.

The team plays in division 3 of the Paisley and Johnstone District League, and trains at Hermitage Academy from 6pm until 7.30pm on Tuesday evenings.
