NEW moves = new aches and pain, but a greater sense of achievement - that's week five over.
The dreaded backwards spin isn't so dreadful after all, and the combination of moves taught in each block is a great workout.
This block will see us become - hopefully - confident in four other moves, and one in particular is sure to build upper body strength.
Add to that move the reps we are encouraged to do at home, push ups, sit ups, splits, butt lifts and the hip roll, and I'm sweating just thinking about it!
But it's all great fun; and I am really looking forward to the next lesson.
