THREE Argyll and Bute groups have been celebrated for their efforts to improve their communities.
Environmental charity Keep Scotland Beautiful acknowledged Grow Food Grow Dunoon, Rosneath Proud, and Scenic Sandbank for their work to enhance their communities for climate, nature, and people.
These groups, part of the It's Your Neighbourhood initiative, were recognised at the annual seminar and celebration event on Tuesday, December 3.
The event was part of the charity's Climate and Nature Friendly Communities Network.
Across 27 local authority areas, 195 It's Your Neighbourhood groups were celebrated for their efforts to protect and improve their communities.
Juliette Camburn, senior community initiatives officer with Keep Scotland Beautiful, said: "Every year we welcome our fantastic It's Your Neighbourhood groups and celebrate their remarkable achievements.
"All the groups make such a difference in their areas.
"Congratulations to all our entrants and thank you to the amazing volunteers for all you do to make your community a cleaner, greener and more sustainable place for us all."
The charity is looking for sponsors for the initiative to ensure the network continues to thrive in 2025 and more information on that is available at www.keepscotlandbeautiful.org/Climate_Nature_Network.
