THE weather outside might be frightful, but Christmas celebrations will still be delightful.
Organisers are putting the finishing touches on Colquhoun Square in Helensburgh for the Christmas lights switch-on - and vowed that Storm Bert won't change any of their plans.
The incoming storm is expected to bring a mix of snow and rain on November 23 but organisers said plans were all go.
Helensburgh Festive Lighting Charitable Trust host the events from 10am with the switch-on expected after 4.30pm.
There is a Christmas market, entertainment, rides and more.

Next weekend, the Winter Festival will see music, food, festive market, fairground rides, Santa's Grotto and the Santa Dash.
Events take place between 10am and 5pm on both November 30 and December 1.
