MUSIC turned to money thanks to a charity concert held by Helensburgh Dorian Choir recently.
Members organised the cheese and wine event with the proceeds from the evening being gifted to Alzheimer Scotland's Dementia Resource Centre on the town's West Princes Street.
The concert took place at Ardardan play barn and the choir were joined by guests Tartan Harmony and soloist Marianne Ridland, who won the recent Helensburgh Rotary music competition and is now receiving offers to study music at prestigious UK conservatoires.
A choir spokesperson said: "A very enjoyable evening was had by both audience and participants.
"The sum of £736 was raised for the resource centre and centre manager, Anne Marie King and centre lead, Jenny, were delighted to accept the cheque from the choir's social secretary, Wendy Kerr."
Anne Marie, Jenny and other centre staff and users are pictured receiving the cheque from Wendy.
