A HELENSBURGH group providing support to local disabled people is on the hunt for a new volunteer.
The Gareloch Riding for the Disabled [RDA] group is looking for someone to join the team as a carriage driving volunteer at Colgrain Equestrian Centre.
The volunteer would ideally need to commit to one or more sessions a week on either Monday, Wednesday, Friday or at times in between the training sessions.
The role would include helping the team tack up, setting up the arena for sessions, general horse grooming, cycling with the carriage when on the track and being available when operating in the arena.
Volunteers do not need horse experience, just a willingness to learn.
Anyone interested in the opportunity is asked to contact Gareloch RDA on Facebook.
