POLICE Scotland are appealing for information following a 'wilful' car fire in Dunoon.
The incident took place between 11.30pm and 11.55pm on Monday, November 11, on John Street.
There were no reported injuries and the flames were extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Ross Hardie, detective constable, said: "Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the fire to contact us.
"This fire is being treated as deliberate. We are particularly keen to trace the driver of a small, light-coloured car which was seen travelling on Victoria Road, towards Hamilton Street.
"We also ask anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward."
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident 4372 of November 11, 2024.
