AN APPEAL has been launched after thieves broke in and stole charity tins from a premises in Oban town centre.
Between 5.15pm on Friday, November 1 and 12.45am on Saturday, November 2, entry was gained to a premises on High Street and charity tins taken from within.
Enquires are ongoing into the break-in and theft and officers are appealing for anyone with any information to get in touch.
Constable Colin Oman said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident or who was in the area at the time and may have dash cam or private CCTV footage which could assist to contact us.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 0296 of November 2.
