A TEENAGER was allegedly caught with 11 rocket fireworks in a park in Helensburgh.
The 17-year-old from Dumbarton was found in Hermitage Park at around 7.50pm on October 26.
Police say that he was in possession of the adult fireworks when they spotted him in the public park.
People in Scotland must be over the age of 18 to have, buy or set off ‘adult’ fireworks and can only use these in a private place like your garden.
He has been reported to the procurator fiscal for the alleged offences.
