Young carers got the chance to recharge over the recent school holidays with plenty of adventure.
A donation by the Helensburgh branch of Scottish Fire and Rescue Service for £500 was the type of generosity that helps provide breaks for Helensburgh and Lomond Young Carers.
The charity had many activities to make new friends, enjoy some respite and recharge.
They told the Advertiser: "Without such kind and thoughtful donations like these we would not be able to provide the activities we have on offer.
"During the October holidays we enjoyed some roller skating at Rollerstop, soft play fun at Wonderworld, Skypark and Sky drop at ClimbZone and Gravity Trampoline Park.
"We finished off with a residential trip for 12 young carers to Honeypot House in Dalleages, New Cumnock.
"These funds enable us to continue providing valuable breaks for our young carers."
