ALL children of armed forces personnel are being invited to get involved at an event in Helensburgh this weekend.
Forces Children Scotland is hosting a mental health and wellbeing co-production day at Hermitage Academy on Saturday, October 26.
The event, from 10am to 3pm, is open to all secondary-aged young people from forces families.
Organisers said the session "aims to work together to identify challenges young people are facing regarding their mental health and wellbeing and to co-create resources that help teachers and other professionals to better meet" their needs.
Lunch is provided.
There will also be a submariner-family podcast coming up with four after-school sessions at Hermitage Academy. Recording dates are still to be confirmed but they will explore the different aspects of submariner-family life.
