Loch Lomond went to the dogs at the weekend with their special celebration of our furry best friends.

The last "top dog" event of the year took place at Loch Lomond Shores on Saturday and welcomed dozens of the animals.

And prizes were awarded to:

Audrey Calder from Loch Lomond Shores said: "Our last Top Dog event of the year took place on Saturday and was as popular as ever, with 75 dogs and owners taking part in our competitions.

"The Best in Show winner was Nariko, a two year old Shiba Inu, with reserve being awarded to Amber the German Shepherd.

"Best Puppy was Rosie, an English Springer Spaniel and Best Novelty was Willow, a Hungarian Vizla.

"Huge thanks to everyone who came along and supported the event and helped raise £363.50 for The Milton Cat and Dog home, run by the SSPCA, through competition entry fees.
