PLANS to build a retail unit next to a filling station in Luss have been resubmitted.
A planning application was submitted to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park in October 2021 to build a retail unit or office next to the petrol station.
The site was previously home to Loch Lomond Adventures, but was demolished after a serious fire in March 2019.

The owners, Luss Estates, were granted permission to rebuild on the area in February 2022 with three conditions attached to the plans.
However, the plans have now been resubmitted for renewal this week with the permission due to expire early next year.
Planning applications are valid for three years from the time of its approval, but time frames are subject to changes depending on the type of planning permission sought.
The Luss facility was originally opened as an unmanned 24-hour station in 2016 on the site of the old village filling station, which had been out of operation for over 20 years.
Previously, motorists on the west of Loch Lomond faced a huge gap between refuelling stations in Alexandria and Balloch to the south and Arrochar to the north.
The planning application is available to view publicly on Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park planning portal at eplanning.lochlomond-trossachs.org and search 2024/0287/DET.
