A WOMAN is due to appear in court for alleged racially aggravated behaviour in Helensburgh.
The 63-year-old woman from the town was said by police to have acted in an threatening or abusive manner and a racially aggravated way in Lomond Street.
The incident happened at about 10am on October 9. She was arrested and will appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on an undertaking at a later date.
