A HELENSBURGH man will appear in court later for an alleged assault at a property in the town.
The 44-year-old from the area was also reportedly involved in a threatening or abusive behaviour incident shortly after 6pm on September 7.
No injury was sustained by the victim, police said.
The man was released on an undertaking to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on a later date.
