A former children's home near Helensburgh will form part of hearings this week for the inquiry into child abuse in Scotland.
St Andrew’s School, in Shandon, closed many years ago and witnesses who attended it will give evidence to the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry.
The evidence will be in relation to abuse of children in residential accommodation for young offenders and children, and young persons in need of care and protection.
It forms part of the continued hearings for phase 8, chapter 8, of the inquiry which was set up in October 2015.
The inquiry first revealed it was investigating the Shandon institution, along Cardross Park Assessment Centre and the Lagarie House children's home in Rhu - also long since closed - in 2018.
Evidence will be given on Tuesday, August 13.
