A Helensburgh man has been banned from the roads for 15 months and fined for failing to give a breath specimen.
Milan Nikolic pleaded guilty at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on August 8 to an offence in the town's Sinclair Street more than two years ago.
The 48-year-old, of the same street, admitted to failing to provide two specimens of breath for analysis having been found behind the wheel there.
A not-guilty plea was accepted by the Crown on a second charge.
Nikolic was fined £400 and was disqualified from driving for 15 months. His licence was endorsed.
