A BUSY road in Argyll has been closed by police following a crash.
Police Scotland have announced that the A83 at Strone Point, just east of Inveraray, has been closed as a result of the incident
Emergency services are currently on route to the incident, which was first reported just before 11.30am on Tuesday, August 6.
Drivers are being warned to approach the area with caution.

The closure means drivers heading between central Scotland and Argyll face a significant detour via Crianlarich, Tyndrum and Dalmally.
Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
