People in Helensburgh and Lomond are being encouraged to give blood at sessions in the town over two days this week.
The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) will be taking donations at the Victoria Halls in Sinclair Street on July 25 from 1.30-3.30pm and 5-7.30pm.
They'll be back on Friday, July 26, at the same venue, from 10am to 12 noon and from 1.30-4pm.
An SNBTS spokesperson said: "Every minute of every day someone in Scotland receives blood as part of a life saving or life improving treatment.
"Just one blood donation can save or improve the lives of up to three people."
