A MAN has been arrested following an incident on a public footpath near Helensburgh's seafront, say police.
The incident reportedly took place near to East Clyde Street at around 4pm on Monday, July 22.
Police say a 29-year-old man, from Helensburgh, was arrested on suspicion of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner.
He was later released and will appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
