A MAN has been charged with driving without insurance after being stopped by police near the Helensburgh seafront.
Police say the 27-year-old, from Aberdeen, was spotted driving on the A814 at Rhu Road Lower on 9.45am on July 11.
It was then discovered that he allegedly didn't have a valid policy of insurance.
He has been reported to the procurator fiscal for the alleged offence.
