A PERSON allegedly obstructed an emergency worker during an incident at the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre.

The 26-year-old was arrested by police following the reported disturbance at around midnight on Monday, July 8.

Police say the person has been charged with a number of offences including police assault, threatening and abusive behaviour and resisting arrest.

It is reported that they were held in custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court the following day.

However, the Helensburgh resident was later reported to the procurator fiscal for an alleged threatening phone call made at around 3.42pm the following day.
