A motorcyclist has died following a three-vehicle crash on a busy road in Argyll.
The incident happened around 12.40pm on Sunday, July 14, on the A85 near Taynuilt and involved a grey Yamaha Tracer motorcycle, a black Volvo V40 and a black Land Rover Discovery.
Emergency services attended and a 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other drivers were treated at the scene by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
The road was closed for investigations and reopened around 9.10pm.
Sergeant Robert Mackie from Police Scotland said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died at this very difficult time.
“Inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and we are appealing to anyone who has not already spoken to officers to get in touch if you can assist.
“If you were driving in the area and have dashcam footage that could help with our investigation then please contact us.”
Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1447 of Monday, July 14.
