A NEW pilot bus service connecting people through Loch Lomond's national park has launched.
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority is introducing the Trossachs Explorer in a bid to reduce emissions as well as combat congestion and parking issues at the popular destination.
People will be able to hop on and off between key locations and enjoy panoramic views whilst travelling through Scotland's top attraction.
Each bus also has space for one wheelchair and is equipped with ramps to facilitate access into and off the bus.
The pilot service will begin on July 1 and run for seven days a week until September 30, 2024 with no advance booking needed.
The service will run from Callander, Kilmahog/ Ben Ledi, Brig O’ Turk, Ben A’an, Loch Katrine, Ben Venue, The Lodge, Aberfoyle, and back again.
