The deputy leader for the Scottish Conservatives joined Argyll, Bute and South Lochaber's candidate on a campaign trail.
Meghan Gallacher joined Amanda Hampsey in Helensburgh last weekend as the party continued speaking to voters in the Argyll, Bute and South Lochaber seat.
She said: "It was fantastic to be in Helensburgh and join our excellent candidate Amanda Hampsey on the campaign trail.
"Amanda already has an excellent track record of delivering for local communities as a councillor and I know she will be a strong voice for Argyll, Bute and South Lochaber as their MP."
The party were also showing their "unwavering support" for the UK's nuclear deterrent based on the Clyde and the thousands of jobs that it supports locally.
And Ms Hampsey added: "It was terrific to have Meghan Gallacher alongside me in Helensburgh as we spoke to local voters and heard about the issues that matter to them.
"I will be a local champion for Argyll, Bute and South Lochaber as their MP and I will continue to take that positive message to voters over the next two and a half weeks until polling day."
Also standing in the constituency are Melanie Hurst (Reform UK), Brendan O'Hara (SNP), Hamish Maxwell (Labour), Tommy Macpherson (Independent), and Alan Reid (Liberal Democrat).
