A MAN has been held in custody on suspicion of breaking conditions of his bail - by going on holiday.
Helensburgh police say the 40-year-old was required to stay in his home address in the town during the hours of a curfew, set as a condition of his remaining in the community.
According to police, the man was arrested at around 4pm on June 6 after returning from Tunisia.
He was held in custody pending an appearance at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
