DRIVERS are being warned of the planned nine-day closure of a road between Helensburgh and Loch Lomond later this month.

The B832 via Muirlands will be shut between the Crosskeys roundabout on the A818 and its junction with the A82, a distance of 2.7 kilometres.

The closure takes effect at 9am on Monday, June 17, with the road due to reopen at 4pm on Tuesday, June 25, with traffic diverted via the A818 and the A82.

Argyll and Bute Council says that emergency services including the fire brigade, ambulance, police, or coastguard will still be able to use the road during its closure.
