A GLASGOW man was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning for allegedly being drunk behind the wheel.
The 43-year-old was stopped on the A82 near Firkin Point on Loch Lomond and, according to police, was found to be above the legal alcohol limit.
The man is also alleged to have failed to provide information to police when required, and to have been possession of a class B drug.
The incident happened at 6.09am on Monday. May 13.
Police released the man and he will attend Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
The drink-drive limit in Scotland is 22 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath, or 50 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
