A Helensburgh choir have returned home after winning three top prizes at a festival in Northern Ireland.
Ladies' a cappella choir Tartan Harmony attended the Bangor International Choral Festival on Saturday, April 27.
The chorus was awarded first prize in both the 'barbershop choir' and 'barbershop quartet' categories, and gained second place in a very hard-fought 'light entertainment' section.
Chairperson Alicia Tindal said: “It was a great pleasure to be able to return to Bangor and spend some time with the wonderful people there.
“Tartan Harmony always has huge fun at this festival, but the prizes are proof that we take it seriously too.
“The chorus was delighted by the excellent feedback from the judge.
"The highlight of the day was getting the whole audience to join in doing the Time Warp, as the judges put down their pens and just enjoyed the performance.”
Tartan Harmony will be performing at Geilston Garden in Cardross on Sunday, May 5 at 2pm.
Those who are interested in joining should email tartanharmony@gmail.com or message the group on Facebook.
