Dozens of young carers enjoyed a trip full of adventure recently - and the pictures are there to prove it.
Helensburgh and Lomond Young Carers spent a week at Outward Bound, Loch Eil where they got to try a number of activities including a cold-water dip and canoeing.
The 23 youngsters also tried rock climbing, abseiling, team games, ziplining, hiking, cook out on the beach, campfires, gorge walking, jacobs ladder and much more.
The trip was funded by The Short Breaks Fund and aimed to give young carers a break from their roles at home. It also gave a chance to meet new people, try new things and especially to have fun.
Their residential week saw them explore the coastal area of Druimindarroch, climb within Glen Nevis, visit the Glenfinnan Viaduct and canoe in Loch Lochy.
Ashley Bolton, Helensburgh and Lomond Carers' young carer team leader, said: "Having the funding to provide this opportunity for our young people is amazing as they get so much from it.
"They step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves to new experiences, overcoming fears and reaching 'heights' they never thought possible.
"It was great to see them work together as a team, supporting each other through the ups and downs of the activities and to see so many new friendships formed.
"It's fair to say that our Outward Bound adventure has left us with many happy memories that'll last a lifetime."
