A MISSING person appeal has been launched to find a man last seen at a petrol station in Helensburgh.
Josh Gayton was seen near a petrol station on East Clyde Street, around 12.40am on Tuesday, April 16.
The 21-year-old is described as 5ft 9ins in height, of stocky build, has brown hair and a red/brown beard.
He was wearing a grey 'Nirvana' t-shirt, black trousers, white Nike trainers and a silver chain with a cross.
Police are concerned for his welfare as he doesn't know the area.
Sergeant Lee Mulholland, of Helensburgh Police Station, said: “Josh doesn't know the area and we are concerned for his welfare.
“Officers have checked local CCTV and he was seen near the petrol station, heading towards Craigendoran.
“We would appeal for any drivers in this area with dash cam footage to please check and send any relevant footage to police.
“If you see him or have any information as to where he may be, please call police.
“We'd also ask Josh himself to get in touch to let us know he is safe and well.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 0732 of April 16.
