A LOCAL romance author will be lifting the lid on her work and career during an exclusive for a Cove based woman’s group.
Skye MacKinnon will visit the Cove and Kilcreggan branch of the Scottish Women’s Institute on Wednesday, February 7 at 7.30pm in Cove Burgh Hall.
Skye, who lives in Helensburgh, is the author of several fantasy romance books which seek to put a unique spin on familiar tropes.
All ladies are welcome to join, and admission for guests costs £4 ,including refreshments.
The member competitions for the evening are to make three drop scones and to write two lines of a poem in Scots using calligraphy.
