Drivers are being warned about potential disruption on a major road through Helensburgh and Lomond this weekend.
The local area has been issued a yellow weather warning for rain this weekend as Storm Isha lands in the UK.
This comes after a previous yellow weather wind alert was issued for Scotland earlier this week.
The alert will be in place throughout Helensburgh and Lomond from 5pm on Saturday, January 20 until midnight on Monday, January 22.
It is expected that the heavy rain will lead to a risk of flooding and some transport disruption on Saturday evening.
As a precaution, Bear Scotland has announced that the Old Military Road local diversion route from the Rest and Be Thankful will be prepared overnight on Sunday, January 21.
Diversion of traffic onto the Old Military Road will be subject to further review of forecast and conditions and an update will be issued if use of Old Military Road is required.
The road management firm has confirmed that the team will be present on-site and will monitor conditions throughout the weekend.
