A MAN who blocked the road near Faslane Peace Camp has been admonished.
Alexander Elliott, of Redruth, Cornwall, previously pleaded guilty to culpably and recklessly stand in the A814 near Faslane Peace Camp, blocking the road and refusing to move or desist when requested to do so to the danger of the lieges.
The incident happened on January 8, 2022 and the 30-year-old's case was called at Dumbarton Sheriff Court last week on January 9.
He had been ordered to be of good behaviour but did not appear at court for sentencing. His defence solicitor said he was currently wheelchair-bound due to health issues and unable to travel.
Elliott was said to be "very apologetic for the charges".
Sheriff James Spy admonished him and dismissed the case.
