LOCAL residents can enjoy a talk about the work involved in managing a military dockyard next week.
Members of Cove and Kilcreggan Literary Society will hear from guest speaker Ian F. White, the King's Harbour Master for Dockyard Port of Clyde.
The event will take place at Cove Burgh Hall on Monday, January 8, starting at 8pm.
Events hosted by the literary society will take place every second Monday evening until early March.
Membership costs £20 for the full season and entry costs £3 per event for guests.
