Christmas is just around the corner and Santa is starting to get ready to make his journey from Lapland to Helensburgh.
This week, we are taking a very festive flashback from across Helensburgh and Lomond in December 2007 to look at how children were celebrating Christmas.
The festive mood was in full swing as primary school halls were filled with a merry host of colourful characters intent on telling a timeless classic story everyone knows and loves.
Who can you spot in these Christmas shots from almost 20 years ago?
There was a plethora of gold, red, greens and browns as the children at St Josephs Primary and Colgrain School told the tale of the Nativity to their parents and the wider community.
Megan Mowat watched over Rachel McAuley and Ben Edwards who played Mary and Joseph in the festive nativity play at Colgrain Primary Christmas show.
Pupils at Hermitage Primary put on their best smiles after making parents and teachers proud for bringing the story to real life.
Meanwhile, youngsters enjoyed dressing up and selling homemade baked goods, children's toys and crafts at the annual Christmas fair in Rhu Primary.
We hope these old photos sparked some wonderful Christmas memories.
