DETAILS have been confirmed for one of the most popular features of the run up to Christmas in Helensburgh.
Helensburgh Baptist Church will be staging its annual Nativity in the Square performance in Colquhoun Square on Saturday, December 2 from 2pm -2:30pm or Saturday, December 9 depending on weather.
Locals will also be able to secure a festive gift by participating in a treasure hunt.
A spokesperson said: “We be joined by our regular star Elise, the donkey, telling the story of Jesus birth in drama and carols.
“Once again Baby Jesus Rocks will be scattered around our community the week before and anyone who brings one to the square will be rewarded with a chocolate treat.”
After the performance, members of the public will be welcome to return to the church at 7 East King Street to treat themselves to hot drinks, mince pies, and home baking.
