Garelochhead paid their respects to the village’s veterans who passed while serving in the Armed Forces this Remembrance Sunday.
Veterans and serving military personnel came together for the Remembrance Day service at Garelochhead Parish Church.
They were joined by the Garelochhead Community Council and the village’s veterans group, the Garelochhead Station Trust.
The groups laid poppy wreaths with Trust member Morevain Martin presenting a wreath on the charity’s behalf.
She said: “As a local veterans project we are very humbled to be given the opportunity to remember those who gave their lives in both world wars and other conflicts.
“We strive to enhance the lives of those veterans still with us and value their contribution to the local community.”
