Traffic will be diverted this weekend on the A83 because of the potential landslip risk.
Drivers will need to take the Old Military Road instead of the Rest and Be Thankful from 7pm on Friday, October 6 becausde of the current heavy and perisistent rain being forecast on Friday and Saturday.
The diversion will continue through the weekend and could end on Sunday, October 7 depending on the outcome of hillside inspections.

BEAR Scotland, which runs inspections and the safety of the route, said their team continued to hae a presence on site and were monitoring conditions closely.
They said there would be a further update if any change was needed to the arrangements for the weekend.
