Budding actors of all ages are being urged to audition for this year’s Helensburgh pantomime – with workshops being held next week.
Auditions for the Helensburgh Theatre Arts' production of Peter Pan will be held on Tuesday, September 5 from 7.30pm to 10pm in the Victoria Halls, with the junior chorus auditions taking place between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
Adults and young people aged 12 and over are welcome to audition for principal roles and the senior chorus, while children aged seven to 11 are invited to join the junior chorus.
Director Nina Rapallini said: “I am very pleased to announce that I will be directing this year’s Helensburgh pantomime, Peter Pan!
“We are looking forward to seeing all of our wonderful cast from previous years and hopefully we will see lots of new faces too.”
Interested actors can simply show up to the audition workshop on the day and do not need to book a spot.
Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.30 to 10pm and on Sundays 12 noon to 4pm – but cast won’t be required to attend every date.
The show will run in the Victoria Halls on December 7, 8 and 9.
