Beautiful weather means you need to keep the planet equally beautiful - so some youngsters did just that at the weekend.
The Cardross Beavers took part in a litter pick on Sunday, June 4 to clean up part of the Kilmahew Forest.
A spokesperson for the club told the Advertiser: "The forest has been a much loved area for walks and activities.
"However, part of the forest has been littered for many years, which makes it an eyesore and not safe.
"The Beavers walked from Cardross, through the forest, crossing a river and climbing up steep terrain.
"When they arrived at the area of the forest, they all worked so hard to clear the litter which has been dumped there for years. What a difference they have made.
"We finished the day with den building in our much-loved newly cleaned forest."
