A Loch Lomond resort has thanked its customers for their “unwavering support” as they are named one of the world’s top retreats.
The five-star Loch Lomond Holiday Park in Inveruglas has been named part of the top 10 per cent of resorts worldwide as they received the TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice award on Thursday, May 25.
The award was determined by visitor ratings and reviews over the past year, and reflects the outstanding public opinion of the site.
Writing on social media, a spokesperson said: “We are over the moon to announce that we have been recognised by TripAdvisor for a 2023 Travelers’ Choice award.
“We have been recognised as being in the top 10 per cent of hotels worldwide, based on reviews and ratings collected over the last year.
“This remarkable achievement has been earned through the unwavering support and praise of our incredible guests and owners.
“We owe a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has been a part of our incredible journey.”
The resort provides luxury log cabins and glamping pods with views of the loch and luxuries such as hot tubs and saunas.
There are holiday packages for families and couples, and the grounds and cabins are dog friendly meaning furry friends can enjoy the holiday just as much as their owners.
