A HELENSBURGH institution is set to mark 50 years of teaching next month with a special celebration - and is inviting pupils from the past to come along and enjoy the occasion.
The Margaret Rose School of Dance is putting on a special show at the Victoria Halls in June showcasing all styles of dance - and starting pupils from throughout its years in the town.
Funds raised from the £10 tickets will go to supporting current pupils on their international travels as they continue to wow competition judges and audiences in Scotland and far beyond.
Teacher Margaret MacInnes said:"I'm looking forward to seeing former pupils dancing but we would love to see more former students come on the day."

Margaret was awarded a British Empire Medal in 2020 for services to Highland dancing and the community in Helensburgh.
At the time she said it was as much for her school and pupils as for her.
The school was started in 1972 when Margaret was just 19 and has since become a leading Highland dance group in the country.
Tickets are available from The Scandinavian Shop in Sinclair Street for the show, which will take place at the Victoria Halls at 2.30pm on Saturday, June 10, so that people of all ages can attend.
