HELENSBURGH'S best entertainers are being invited to take part in a town search for their biggest stars.
Applications are now open for Helensburgh's Got Talent ahead of a grand final on June 23 at Hermitage Academy.
Video or demo applications are welcome from any local talent for the contest from Helensburgh Community Council (HCC).
Prizes will be awarded to the top three placings on the night and all finalists will receive a certificate recognising their performance.
HCC is running the competition under its Music in the Square initiative.

A spokesperson for the community council said: "Helensburgh enjoys such a rich vein of performance talent: amateur musicians, dancers and other artists.
"The competition will be judged by a distinguished panel of local independent assessors."
But the deadline for submissions is fast approaching and must be sent by June 5.
Based on the submissions, local talent will be invited to perform on stage on June 23 before a live audience, from 6pm.
Members of the public can enjoy the show for £3 payable at the door, open from 5.30pm. Refreshments will be available.
HCC members Tariq Durrani and Nigel Millar are overseeing the contest and can be contacted for more information at tsdurrani@gmail.com, or millarnc@btinternet.com.
The community council has thanked Hermitage Academy for hosting the show next month.
