A HELENSBURGH charity has thanked Garelochhead Bowling Club for its support after a total of £1,337 was raised at a recent event.
The club held a fundraiser for the Gary Andrews Remember a Life charity last month.
The charity was set up in 2018 by Kelly Andrews, Gary’s wife, after he passed away at the age of 40, and aims to provide a helping hand to those living with a critical illness and their families.
Kelly thanked everyone who came along for remembering how much Gary meant to her.
She also thanked the committee at the club, Karen who organised the buffet, the bar staff, and James Frew, who performed his Rod Stewart tribute act on the night.
