A SERIES of workshops with a different weekly focus is underway at Hermitage Park.
The meetings are held from 7pm-8:30pm on Wednesdays in the Pavilion’s community room.
Next week’s session, held on October 19, looks at winter fruit and vegetables and how they can be grown in Scotland.
Participants will learn how to sow, propagate, and grow during the winter.
The workshops are delivered by Angela Smith who brings her expertise of community gardening, table-top gardening, and floristry.
They adopt a “make and take” approach whereby participants will have something nice to take home at the end.
The workshops are free to attend but must be booked by emailing hermitageparkmanager@argyll-bute.gov.uk.
