Anne King, Pat McCallan and Margaret Gran from Helensburgh Bowling Club won the West of Scotland triples title and the Hillhead Cup
THERE was joy for a talented trio of Helensburgh bowlers after they recently enjoyed competition success.
The threesome of Anne King, Pat McCallan and Margaret Grant (pictured, above) triumphed in the recent West of Scotland Triples (Hillhead Cup), earning gold medals and a trophy - as well as the plaudits from their friends back home at Helensburgh Bowling Club.
Spread over several games, the competition was staged at various clubs across the west of Scotland.
Congratulations to the three Helensburgh winners!
