THE Helensburgh Community Hub is kicking off its year of ‘Kindness creates Connection creates Community’ events by inviting people to enjoy a cuppa, cake and chat at the venue this Saturday, January 22.
As well as a chance to sit down and have a natter to brighten up the dark January days, there will also be information about the health and wellbeing groups and activities in the town provided by Males Tales, Females Tales and Jean’s Bothy and about a new menopause cafe and community yoga classes taking place at the hub.
This Saturday’s event runs from 11am until 2pm at the hub at 116 East Princes Street.
The Book Nook will be open throughout for the sale of books and jigsaws. All funds raised go towards the upkeep of the hub and the development of future projects, activities, and events.
