KILCREGGAN’S own TV antiques expert is joining the presenting team of a long-running BBC show.
Arusha ‘Roo’ Irvine, who owns Kilcreggan Antiques, will now be a permanent face on the Bargain Hunt show following a series of guest appearances.
She has been an expert on Antiques Road Trip since 2018 after producers visited her seafront store in the village six years ago.
Announcing her new role via Twitter, Arusha said: “Whose challenge? Roo’s Challenge! I’ve kept this quiet, but I can officially say I am SO proud and excited to have joined the wonderful Bargain Hunt presenter team!
“You all know I love my @BBCBargainHunt family so this is truly an honour! I promise to give you my all!”
Roo is also set to appear on Mastermind and Celebrity Pointless in the New Year.
